Marguerite Fredericksen, LPC, LMAC-T, NCC
My professional interests lie in working with individuals, couples, and polycules who are experiencing relationship and intimacy issues, alternative relationship exploration, sexual difficulties, infidelity, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I provide a safe warm space in which clients can feel supported and accepted throughout the process of growth and change. Currently, I am working on becoming a certified sex therapist through the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists, and I am a member of the American Counseling Association. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Emporia State University, as well as a Bachelor of Music Education degree and Bachelor of Vocal Performance degree from Kansas State University. Previously, I served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Uganda and Liberia. I have been trained in an integrative approach to counseling, with an emphasis in person-centered, existential, and feminist theories.
